Pricing and Payment

• All prices quoted before items are loaded. You approve the price before work begins.
• Pricing is based on truck volume used.
• Payment is due at the time of service completion.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

Customer Responsibilities

• You must have legal authority over the property and items being removed.
• You are responsible for disclosing any hazardous materials before service begins.
• You must not request removal of hazardous waste or regulated materials.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of McLennan County, Texas courts.
