Yes. Drain the hot tub completely before we arrive. A full hot tub adds enormous weight and makes disassembly impractical. If you cannot drain it, let us know and we will discuss options.

Who disconnects the plumbing and electrical?

A licensed plumber handles plumbing disconnection and a licensed electrician handles the electrical disconnect. Providers do not perform those disconnections. Once disconnected, the provider takes over and handles disassembly and haul.

Our hot tub is behind a fence with a small gate — can you still remove it?

Usually yes, through disassembly. Most hot tubs can be cut or broken down into sections that fit through a standard gate. The provider assesses the access situation before quoting to confirm feasibility and account for the extra work involved.
