Junk Removal Waco Texas is a referral and lead-routing service. Homeowners are never charged a fee to use it — requesting a quote through the Site is free, with no obligation. We are not a junk removal contractor: all hauling, cleanout, and related work is performed by independent local companies. We do not guarantee, warrant, or supervise their work, and any charges for the work itself are set by, and paid directly to, the independent provider you hire.

When you call or text the phone number on this Site, we collect your phone number, the time of the contact, and the content of the communication. Calls may be tracked, and may be recorded, through our call-tracking provider for routing and quality purposes.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we and our service providers automatically collect standard technical and usage data: IP address, general location derived from it, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs and ad-click identifiers (such as Google's gclid or Meta's fbclid), the actions you take on the page (for example opening the quote form), and session information. This is collected through cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies described below.

Service providers. We use third-party companies to operate the Site, and they process data on our behalf: form processing and lead delivery (Basin), website hosting (Vercel), call tracking (CallRail), and site analytics (PostHog and similar analytics tools that record how visitors use the Site).

Advertising platforms. We advertise on platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Their tags and pixels on this Site report visits and conversion events back to them, and we may share limited information (such as hashed contact details or ad-click identifiers) with these platforms to measure ad performance and build or exclude advertising audiences. These platforms use this data under their own privacy policies.

Legal and business. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Outside of the sharing described above, we do not give your information to third parties for their own marketing.

Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can stop text messages by replying STOP, and you can ask us or the provider to stop contacting you at any time.

Service Availability

Same-day and 24/7 emergency service are subject to provider participation, location, technician availability, and demand. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by market and appointment capacity. Statements on this Site about response times describe how requests are answered and routed, not a promise that a specific provider can perform work at a specific time.

Data Retention & Security

We keep quote requests and related communications for as long as needed to operate the referral service, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no website or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. You can make any of these requests using the contact information below, and we will respond as required by applicable law. Note that once your request has been routed, the independent provider holds its own copy of your details under its own policies — requests about their records go to them directly.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults arranging services for their home or business. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
